We help women ages 35 – 65 who have been struggling with Yo-Yo Dieting break free by creating rock-solid habits so they can be in the the best shape of their lives. We utilize nutrition, fitness, mindset and targeted lifestyle shifts to create a permanent transformation.

Why I do it? I am a recovering Yo-Yo Dieter who has struggled my entire adult life with my health, weight and poor body image

12 Week VIP Program

90 days focused on fitness, nutrition, mindset and targeted lifestyle changes to get you in the best shape of your life! Come work out with us 3x a week and twice a month one-on-one health coaching sessions.

VIP Platinum Program

One year focusing on fitness, nutrition, mindset and targeted lifestyle changes to get you in the best shape of your life! Come work out with us 3x a week and once a month one-on-one health coaching session.

3 Month Hybrid Program

Access to our online training program focusing on fitness and nutrition, while having two one-on-one health coaching sessions a month.

3 Month Online Program

Access to our online training program to do workouts at home or in a gym.

6 Month Health Coaching

2 one-on-one health coaching sessions a month to help you stay on track and reach your goals. Includes nutrition plan.

Janet CookDirector

Janet Cook, Owner, NASM CPT, IIN CHHC. She began her wellness journey at 39 after struggling with depression, anxiety, poor body image, while abusing food and alcohol for most of her life. Today she is a professional athlete, fitness competitor, body transformation expert and hormone health expert. Janet is fueled by giving women the power and knowledge to change their health and their bodies at any age.

Theresa MaggioreStudio Manager

Theresa Maggiore, Personal Trainer. Theresa is a current client of ours. Janet mentored Theresa to be a part of our training team! She demonstrates to our clients how to carry out various exercises and routines. She observes attentively to ensure correct form and technique of the clients to minimize injury and improve fitness. She gives client information and resources about nutrition.

Erin facilitates healthy, sustainable behavioral changes by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values and transform their goals into actions. Provides effective solutions and suggestions on health and fitness issues. Guides them to adopt daily preventative measures like maintaining proper nutrition, exercise and mindset. Erin is also a current client of ours.
